RECENT YEARS RESEARCH ON TRANSFORMATIONAL, HUMBLE, AND SERVANT LEADERSHIP STYLES:

Here are a few recent research studies on the effectiveness of humble, servant, and transformational leadership:

Humble leadership: A study published in the Journal of Applied Psychology in 2020 found that humble leadership is positively related to employee job satisfaction, engagement, and commitment. The study also found that humble leaders are more likely to receive feedback from their employees and that this feedback is more likely to be constructive and useful.

Servant leadership: A meta-analysis of 37 studies published in the Journal of Business Ethics in 2021 found that servant leadership is positively related to employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. The study also found that servant leadership is negatively related to employee turnover and absenteeism.

Transformational leadership: A study published in the Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies in 2020 found that transformational leadership is positively related to employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance. The study also found that transformational leadership is negatively related to employee turnover.

Overall, these studies suggest that all three leadership styles can be effective in different ways. Humble leadership can lead to greater employee engagement and feedback, servant leadership can improve employee satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and transformational leadership can lead to improved job satisfaction, commitment, and performance. However, it's important to note that the effectiveness of each leadership style may depend on a variety of factors, including the organization's culture, the specific goals and objectives, and the individual leader's skills and abilities.
